Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Plenitude Co, we are committed to providing high-quality experiences and educational content. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services.

1. Digital Products and Content Access

All sales of digital products (e.g. online courses, downloadable guides, videos, or gated articles) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to access a digital product due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a membership or gated content area, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for previous subscription charges.

  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription through your account or by emailing us before the next billing cycle.

3. Workshops and In-Person Events

If you register for a workshop or in-person event hosted by Plenitude Co, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Full refund minus any transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made within 13 to 3 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the event: No refund.

You may request to transfer your registration to another event, subject to availability.

4. Donations

Donations made through our website are non-refundable, unless made in error (e.g. duplicate transactions). If you need assistance, please contact us within 3 business days of the donation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation (where eligible), please contact us using the Let's Chat feature

Include your full name, transaction date, and reason for the request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this refund policy as our offerings grow. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
